原料
冬菇: 5個, 蝦米: 小半碗, 臘肉: 1/3條, 臘腸: 1條, 蘿蔔: 兩斤, 粘米粉: 250克, 胡椒粉,鹽: 適量
步驟
1把冬菇,蝦米提前泡水,泡軟,切成顆粒狀,臘肉臘腸也是,放鍋里炒香,順序是,先冬菇,再臘腸臘肉,最後蝦米!

2蘿蔔切絲,可以一半切絲一半磨蓉,磨蓉會滑點,切絲口感好點,我個人喜歡口感一點的,所以全切絲了!

5加胡椒粉之後就可以混合之前炒好的料!

6麵粉預預先加約一碗半的水調開,變成糊狀,混合炒好的蘿蔔!
