低筋麵粉: 400克, 玉米油: 200克, 糖粉: 120克, 雞蛋液: 50克, 花生: 60克, 芝麻: 1克, 小蘇打: 1克
步驟
1準備剝了殼的花生!

2將剝了殼花生放鍋炒出香味,待涼後去皮,並用擀麵杖擀碎!

3先將植物油,糖粉,雞蛋液放在一起混合均勻

4再過篩麵粉進去,用刮刀拌勻

6取一小團面,搓圓
