無水酥油: 42g, 綿糖: 30g, 雞蛋: 15g, 泡打粉: 0.5g, 蘇打粉: 0.5g, 麵粉: 75g, 花生碎: 30g
步驟
1把熟花生米裝入乾淨袋子用擀麵杖碾碎備用

5用乾淨的手捏搓使其混合均勻,顏色至稍微發白,手感不那麼生硬

6用篩子篩入粉類

7揉捏後加入花生碎

8一般稍微揉捏就行了,不要用力,防止把麵粉的筋性揉出,那樣做出的餅乾失去酥性了
