原料
烏冬面: 200克, 蝦: 幾隻, 魷魚: 1/2條, 青椒: 半個, 紅椒: 半個, 洋蔥: 半個, 香菇: 2個, 生抽: 2大勺, 鹽: 1小勺, 油: 15ml
步驟
1蝦在流水下洗凈,剝去外殼、挑出蝦線待用;魷魚洗凈,切5厘米左右小段待用

2青椒、紅椒去蒂去籽,切細絲;香菇切片洋蔥切絲

3煮鍋中加入適量清水燒開,放入烏冬面汆燙約1分鐘後撈出瀝干水分待用

4炒鍋倒入適量油燒至六成熱,放入切好的洋蔥煸炒出香味

5依次放入切好的香菇、蝦仁、魷魚絲翻炒
