妈妈的拿手红烧鸭
原料
鸭子肉 半只, 八角 2个, 蒜头 2个, 桂皮 3片, 辣椒干 据口感定, 白酒 少许, 老抽 适量, 仔姜 5块
步骤
1鸭子改刀切块,清水煮沸后放入鸭子肉后再煮沸,倒入盆中用清水冲洗干净后滤起
2锅中放油适量,用手抓入鸭肉锅中,并放入姜块

3放入桂皮八角
