鸭: 半只, 仔姜: 适量, 料酒: 适量, 青花椒: 适量, 糖: 适量, 小米辣: 适量, 老抽: 1勺, 盐: 适量, 味精: 适量
步骤
1鸭子切成小块,撒上盐和料酒腌渍10分钟

2糖、郫县豆瓣、酱油、味精、花椒

4鸭子腌渍好后倒入筲箕里面,把水沥干

5鸭子倒入锅中,爆干

6爆好后乘出来,放在一边待用,开始弄佐料

7先把糖、郫县豆瓣倒入锅中炒一下
