步骤
1猪肚冲水后,倒食用油和盐搓揉干净内壁,多搓揉几次,把内壁的滑腻冲洗干净,并撕去外层的白色油脂(用食用油和盐搓揉猪肚的清洗方法是母上大人传授的。我琢磨着吧,跟卸妆油一样,以油溶油的道理咩?反正是洗干净了。。。)

2烧开水,放姜片料酒,猪肚下锅焯水后捞出洗净
