小技巧
1、蔥油熬的時候可以放蒜瓣一起熬,我有時候偷懶不放 2、熬蔥油我覺得沒那麼一定哈,喜歡你就多熬會兒,別讓蔥徹底糊掉就好。。 3、這次澆汁用的是簡單的蔥油+少許生抽。。。味道實在太贊了 4、麵條不要煮的太爛,有條件的用冰水過,不行的話,涼白開也一樣哈
