麵粉(油皮) 100g, 水(油皮) 40g, 油(油皮) 35g, 麵粉(油酥) 90g, 油(油酥) 45g, 糖 30g(椰蓉餡)10g(放油皮里), 黃油 25g, 全蛋 半個(全蛋液), 椰蓉 70g
步驟
1油皮——麵粉水油糖放到盆里
