9大火燒開水後,小火慢燉一小時,我的砂鍋導熱功能好,所以燉一個小時足夠,普通砂鍋可再加半小時

10一小時後打開蓋子,大火收汁,待湯汁濃稠紅亮時關火乘出,醬油里含有大量的鹽分,此時嘗下味道,如果鹹味足就不需要再加鹽
