原料
黃油: 85克, 蛋黃: 3個, 低筋麵粉: 180克, 奶粉: 20克, 細砂糖: 30克, 葡萄乾: 50克, 刷面蛋黃: 1個
步驟
1準備好材料稱量好,葡萄乾用水泡一下,半小時左右。葡萄乾太大的話用刀切碎。

2黃油室溫軟化至能戳出小洞,加入細砂糖和奶粉,用電動打蛋器打發至發白的羽毛狀

3加蛋黃繼續打發,一次就加一個。每次加完攪拌均勻後再加第二個。

9用比較鋒利的刀切成小長方形,2*3cm左右,大小厚度都儘量保持一致。

10烤盤上鋪矽油紙或者高溫油布,奶酥中間留縫隙,刷蛋黃液。

11預熱烤箱上下火170度
