17糯米不是很愛粘在排骨上,將排骨上粘滿糯米,盤子裡每個排骨下面當一點糯米,將表面粘好糯米的排骨放在盤中的糯米上

19這一盤的排骨樣子沒有那麼完整,我索性將一些糯米平鋪在盤子裡,把排骨均勻碼在上面,再將糯米蓋滿排骨表面,這個比較省力
