步驟
1把牛腩從冰箱取出解凍,選的是澳洲牛腩,挑牛腩這種帶雪花的牛腩是最好的。

2趁牛腩還未完全解凍,這樣更容易切塊

3牛腩在沸水裡煮一下,飛水,撈出

4把牛腩放進砂鍋,開始煮

8番茄切碎,起油鍋,放入番茄翻炒,炒出番茄汁

9在番茄鍋里加入水,煮沸,倒入正在煮牛肉的砂鍋中

10起油鍋,放入大蒜,放入洋蔥爆炒,繼續放入土豆片,翻炒一會後,倒入砂鍋中

11所有材料都放入鍋內,先大火煮沸,然後小火慢燉,加入適量的鹽,一小塊冰糖,慢慢燉,我一般是小火燉兩三個小時~
