雞: 三四斤(根據人數和鍋決定), 雞蛋: 四個(我男朋友喜歡吃雞蛋), 桂圓乾: 適量, 紅糖: 半斤(三斤八兩的雞,你也可以根據個人口味加)
步驟
1菜市場買的三斤八兩的活雞現殺的,不要破開肚子,就屁股底下挖個洞把內臟挖出來,我不喜歡吃雞頭雞脖子雞屁股,統統斬了丟掉!
