原料
高粉480克, 奶油奶酪50克, 黄油30克, 鸡蛋1个, 水180克(参考量), 盐少许, 发酵粉5克, 糖135克, 菠萝皮材料:, 黄油50克, 鸡蛋50克, 糖40克, 低粉120克, 泡打粉1克, 豆沙馅160克
