步骤
1五花肉加葱姜,放入锅里煮,水开了之后煮二十分钟就差不多了

2然后把肉肉捞起来,晾凉,切成方块

3砂锅里先铺一层大葱

6把冰糖洒在肉上面,然后注入黄酒到砂锅的七分满,按自己的咸淡口味放入酱油,盖上盖子开始大火烧开

7烧开后揭开盖子,撇去浮沫

8然后把火关小,文火焖煮两个小时

9换成炖盅,把肉块全部肉皮朝下码进炖盅,包一层锡纸,放进蒸锅蒸两个小时
