7用刮刀反复翻拌布朗尼面糊,至面糊均匀光泽

8奶酪室温软化或者微博中火1分钟软化。加入细砂糖拌至无颗粒,分次加入蛋液顺一个方向拌至顺滑

9模具涂抹黄油,撒面粉,防粘处理
