步驟
1將買回的山楂果兒先用清水清洗三遍,再用鹽水浸泡十分鐘,然後再次清洗乾淨

20倒出來到碗里,因為拿拿要留點兒山楂醬沾麵包或調酸奶吃,親們如需全部加工成山楂糕,也一樣,分兩到三次來炒醬更便捷,倒出一半炒、剩一半等會兒再炒

21這是用一半的量做的~倒入一半的山楂醬,200度火繼續邊煮邊刮刀畫圈,直至顏色深紅,體積剩至原來的一半即可,關火
