南瓜: 一小塊, 蝦: 1-2隻, 油菜: 少許, 蔥: 少許, 鹽: 越少越好,也可不放
步驟
1南瓜切小塊,油菜用開水焯一下切碎,蝦去頭剝皮去蝦線剁碎,蔥切末

2炒鍋加熱倒少許油,將蝦頭放入邊煎邊用鏟子將蝦腦擠出,翻炒兩下使其成為蝦油(這步忘記拍了)。將蝦頭撿出,下蔥末炒出香味

3將剁碎的蝦仁倒入翻炒至變色,如果很粘可加少許水就容易炒開了

4倒入南瓜,翻炒兩下後加水,水要剛剛蓋過南瓜就好,小火將南瓜燉熟

5不要將湯汁都燉干,在還有一點湯汁的時候下油菜末
