步驟
1涼瓜幹事先泡水至軟;

2然後用開水焯一下至熟;開水中放少許鹽哦;然後瀝干水備用 ;

3切蒜片,蔥花,紅辣椒段備用;

4魚滑用勺子輔助取一定量,整成橄欖形約摸大小,勺子抹油以免沾住;

5不沾鍋里放少許油,把整好形的魚滑下鍋;

小技巧
因為魚青已調好味,涼瓜干也用鹽水煮過,所以放鹽和醬油也適量,以免鹽分攝入過高,影響健康
