步驟
1肉皮焯下水切碎,放入豆漿機里,加入蔬菜和適量水,今兒加的西蘭花和胡蘿蔔,打好倒入保鮮盒放晾成凍

2成凍後,切成喜歡的形狀大小

3紫洋蔥一小個切碎,蒜粉少許,生抽適量,醋適量,一勺四川辣醬(朋友自製的),一勺醮肉醬(我自製的)調勻

4再加入熟芝麻和藤椒油調勻

5倒在切好的肉皮凍上拌勻,(今兒是拌好帶到朋友家去,沒擺盤直接裝保鮮袋了),擺盤的話上面撒些香蔥碎顏值超高,而且又麻又辣好過癮
