原料
带鱼: 1条, 姜: 5片, 蒜: 2根, 料酒: 15ml, 生抽: 30ml, 白糖: 1勺, 醋: 30ml, 白胡椒粉: 2g, 红椒: 1根, 白酒: 15ml, 盐: 2g
步骤
1带鱼去鳃去内脏,洗净切段,用15ml白酒,1g白胡椒粉腌制半小时以上
2蒜切段,蒜根与蒜叶分开放
3将腌好的带鱼均匀的沾上淀粉,不粘锅放少许油,将带鱼煎至两面金黄

4用生抽,白糖,料酒,醋及1g白胡椒粉调一碗汁
