11揉好的面团用擀面棍擀成薄片,真的太好擀了,面团很筋道,无论怎么擀都不费力也不破皮

12切好的面条轻松一抖就很整齐的散开,一点都不粘粘

13准备一锅开水,先焯蛤蜊,水开蛤蜊都开口后捞起蛤蜊,撇去浮沫,放入冬瓜煮7成熟

14放入面条,用筷子轻轻划散,煮开
