小技巧
1、炒年糕的話排骨剁的小快點 2、先煮排骨,就跟紅燒排骨一樣做就可以了 3、年糕如果不是新鮮散裝的那種,是真空包裝的話會硬一些,最好放點料酒燜一下再大火炒 4、捲心菜大火炒到斷生即可,這樣子顏色綠油油的好看哈 5、老乾媽的量根據自己的口味放哈
