夏日涼拌菜——涼拌雞絲
原料
雞胸肉, 紅尖椒, 小蔥, 熟芝麻, A生薑, 花椒, 干辣椒, 鹽, B生抽, 白糖, 芝麻油
步驟
1紅尖椒洗凈切絲,大蔥切絲備用

2鍋里放入雞胸肉,加適量水,水量以沒過雞胸肉沒好。放入調料A,大火煮開後轉小火煮至雞胸肉熟。(水開後我讓煮了10多分鐘)

3把B料中除熟芝麻外的所有調料混合拌勻做成料汁。(喜歡辣的可以放些辣椒油)

4撈出雞胸馬上浸入涼水中至冷,撈出瀝干水份

5用刀背將雞胸肉敲散後,把它撕成雞絲

6把雞絲裝進大碗里,放上紅尖椒絲和小蔥段,灑上熟芝麻,倒入B調好的料汁,拌勻裝盤即可
