五花肉, 雞蛋, 醬油, 料酒, 鹽, 冰糖, 蔥, 姜, 八角, 香葉, 桂皮
步驟
1首先去超市挑一塊漂亮的五花肉

2切成麻將塊,用冷水泡一會,再煮開撇去血沫

3鍋中加適量油,將五花肉煸炒出油後盛出

4雞蛋煮熟後剝皮

5備好各種配料,如果喜歡吃辣可以適量加點辣椒和花椒

6鍋中加少量清水,融化適量冰糖,加入五花肉炒至上色,加清水,再加入醬油,料酒,蔥姜等配料,水開後加入雞蛋,小火燉煮約兩個小時

7待肉軟爛之後開大火,加入適量鹽調味,並加入少量冰糖上色,收汁後即可出鍋
