奶油奶酪: 50克, 抹茶粉: 8克(我只用了兩克), 淡奶油: 30克, 吉利丁: 半片, 細砂糖: 15克, 牛奶: 30毫升, 小芒果: 3到4個, 淡奶油: 30克, 牛奶: 20毫升, 檸檬汁: 3滴, 朗姆酒: 1毫升, 吉利丁: 半片, 白巧克力: 20克, 淡奶油: 50克, 吉利丁: 半片, 牛奶: 30毫升
步驟
1首先製作抹茶慕斯:將奶油奶酪放室溫軟化,加入細砂糖攪拌均勻

8最後加入淡奶油

9攪拌均勻,即成抹茶慕斯糊

10將做好的抹茶慕斯糊裝入裱花袋中,將裱花袋剪一個小口,將慕斯糊擠入慕斯杯的1/3處,輕震幾下慕斯杯使其平整並去除氣泡,放入冰箱冷凍室冷凍至其凝固(採用冷凍的辦法,做好芒果慕斯以後,直接就可以擠在抹茶慕斯上邊,如果冷藏的話,需要的時間還會長一些)

11製作芒果慕斯,芒果去皮取果肉50克,加入檸檬汁拌勻(芒果肉我沒有過篩,就是直接用的)

12牛奶加熱,然後加入用冷水泡軟的吉利丁片拌勻
