黑魚: 一條, 酸菜魚包: 一包(我買的好人家), 蛋清: 一個, 芝麻: 少許, 菜籽油: 適量
步驟
1黑魚一條,讓菜場老闆片好魚片,回家把魚骨魚頭那包洗乾淨瀝干水份

2魚片的那一包洗一洗,然後放入酸菜魚料包裡面的「腌魚料」那一包,再加一個蛋清,少許黃酒

3還剩兩包料,一包是酸菜料,一包是湯料

4菜籽油最好,起油鍋,把酸菜包炒香

5然後下魚骨繼續炒

6把湯料包也加進去翻炒

7沖入適量的水煮開,稍微煮一會兒

8把腌制好的魚片用筷子挑進湯裡面

9魚片煮到顏色轉白,撒上炒香的芝麻,蔥花或者香菜葉,最後,很重要的一步,熬一些熱油,要熬到冒青煙那種,澆到酸菜魚上面就完工了
