南瓜: 一小块, 虾: 1-2只, 油菜: 少许, 葱: 少许, 盐: 越少越好,也可不放
步骤
1南瓜切小块,油菜用开水焯一下切碎,虾去头剥皮去虾线剁碎,葱切末

2炒锅加热倒少许油,将虾头放入边煎边用铲子将虾脑挤出,翻炒两下使其成为虾油(这步忘记拍了)。将虾头捡出,下葱末炒出香味

3将剁碎的虾仁倒入翻炒至变色,如果很粘可加少许水就容易炒开了

4倒入南瓜,翻炒两下后加水,水要刚刚盖过南瓜就好,小火将南瓜炖熟

5不要将汤汁都炖干,在还有一点汤汁的时候下油菜末

6倒入一碗稠一点的粥或是软米饭,翻炒几下
