1按参考分量准备好食材,待用

2中间娃闹腾,一手抱娃,一手做的,没法拍照,下次补拍, 1.肉切块,葱切段,放入切碎机打成泥 2.淀粉加入水,化开,再加入面粉拌匀,然后加入打好的肉泥 3.加入蛋清,拌匀 4.加入食用油,拌匀,装入容器(我用的披萨盘,最好刷点油,这样熟了容易脱模)
