1土豆、胡蘿蔔、茄子小蔥、芹菜、姜蒜,切丁;肉煮熟後切丁;黃瓜、青椒切絲;胡豆剝開外皮,青菜洗凈

2熱鍋冷油(油不能少),下姜蒜蔥、青椒,待蔥微變色時,下肉末
