原料
菠菜: 30g, 鹽: 適量, 胡蘿蔔: 50g, 黑胡椒碎: 適量, 橄欖油: 適量, 高筋麵粉: 200g, 水: 111g, 鹽: 3g, 細砂糖: 6g, 酵母: 4g
步驟
1.準備、稱量材料,菠菜洗凈,去掉粗的莖;胡蘿蔔去皮;

2把菠菜放在鹽水裡煮一分鐘,稍微切幾下;用水果刨把胡蘿蔔刨成片再切成細絲,平底鍋里加一點橄欖油,小火加熱,把胡蘿蔔絲放進去快速炒一下,加點鹽和黑胡椒碎再炒幾下盛起來備用;

3將高筋麵粉、細砂糖、鹽放進攪拌盆,攪拌均勻;加入菠菜和水,揉成團,蓋上蓋子靜置15分鐘;

4將麵糰展開撒上酵母,一邊揉搓,一邊使酵母與麵糰充分接觸,揉搓5分鐘至均勻;加入胡蘿蔔絲,繼續揉6~8分鐘; 將麵糰整理成圓形,蓋上保鮮膜放進溫暖的地方進行一次發酵,30℃約1小時;

5待麵糰大小膨脹至原來的約2.5倍;

6將麵糰排氣,稱量麵糰大小,將其分成6份,揉成圓形,蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛15分鐘;

7重新揉搓出圓圓的、接縫光滑的外形,

8進行二次發酵32℃環境下,變為原來的2倍大小;

9預熱烤箱190℃,烤制18~20分鐘;
