原料
雞: 1/2隻, 油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蒜蓉: 適量, 豆豉: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 香油: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 白糖: 適量
步驟
1雞收拾乾淨,鍋中放料酒,鹽,姜蔥等煮開,水開下雞,轉小火慢慢浸熟;(用筷子能插過就熟了)

2浸熟的雞取出抹上香油,放涼備用

3切好蔥段,剁好蒜蓉,豆豉洗乾淨備用

4鍋中熱油,先下蒜蓉豆豉爆香;然後下蔥段,加一點醬油和白糖煮開

小技巧
雞要滑,一定要極小火慢慢浸,如果鍋水夠大,就煮開後關火慢慢燜熟更好!
