鮮麵條: 500g, 豬肉: 200g, 蔥: 1根, 蒜: 2瓣, 東北黃豆醬: 2匙, 甜麵醬: 1匙, 精鹽: 1鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 料酒: 1匙, 白糖: 1鹽勺, 香油: 1匙, 老抽: 2滴, 澱粉水(澱粉+清水): 1匙澱粉+50g水, 植物油: 適量
步驟
1準備材料~

2將蔥蒜洗凈2/3的蔥切絲裝盤,少許蔥和蒜切末~

3豬肉切小丁裝盤備用~

4澱粉水提前調好~

5鍋內倒適量清水,待水開放入麵條~ 不時用筷子翻動,以免粘鍋~ 中間澆兩次涼水,再次水開麵條就煮好啦 撈出放入涼水盆中~

6鍋內倒適量植物油~ 待油溫熱放入肉丁~ 炒至肉丁發白推到鍋一遍,倒入東北黃豆醬和甜麵醬~ 攪拌均勻,加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,料酒,白糖,香油,老抽提色,炒勻~

7炒勻後,澆入攪勻的澱粉水,快速翻拌~ 將蔥蒜末撒入~ 翻拌均勻,收至湯汁濃稠~ 裝盤(油肉分離)~
