這次在家做了這糖醋裡脊,用了番茄醬,顏色紅亮漂亮,口感酸適口,很受小朋友及女女士的喜歡哦。
原料
里嵴肉 300克, 番茄醬, 姜, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 白糖, 白芝麻, 澱粉, 雞蛋清 一個
步驟
1姜切絲,裡脊切絲,裡脊用鹽,胡椒粉,蛋清和薑絲腌10分鐘

2裡脊加入澱粉,用手抓散,讓所有裡脊都沾上澱粉

3鍋內放油,油熱後把裡脊入油鍋

4炸至微黃後,撈出

5所有裡脊炸好後,再把鍋內的油加熱,再次放進去復炸一次,撈出

6把鍋內的油倒出,剩下一點油,把番茄醬,糖,芝麻一起放進去小火炒至冒小泡

7放入半碗水,熬到湯汁濃郁
