里嵴, 白醋, 白糖, 洋蔥, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 紹酒, 番茄醬, 雞蛋, 大蒜, 香蔥, 蒜
步驟
1將裡脊肉切成長條

2裡脊條用鹽、胡椒粉紹酒腌漬,加上澱粉全蛋

3將裡脊條用澱粉全蛋攪拌均勻,掛糊,這就是著名的全蛋糊

4洋蔥切絲、香蔥切末、蒜切末

5鍋內放油,燒制四五成油溫

6關小火,保持油溫,放入裡脊條,一條條放,(一定是中小火,要不早下的黑了,後面的沒熟)

7直至裡脊條變金黃色色,翻面

8將煎好的裡脊條撈出放入碗中,(有條件的可以復炸一下,這樣裡脊條裡帶的油少)

9鍋內放油煸香洋蔥、蒜末
10放入番茄醬煸出紅油

11將番茄醬放調料。白醋、白糖、鹽完全混合煸香
12煸香的番茄醬放少許水澱粉勾芡內放入裡脊條

13煸炒直至番茄醬均勻的裹在裡脊條上收汁,達到汁明芡亮即可
