1雞蛋加糖a打散

2加入低筋粉攪勻

5平底鍋小火加熱(我用這種做玉子燒的麥飯石鍋,做這種卷和盒子千層的時候特別方便)

6手掌放在上方感受到熱度時倒一點點麵糊在上面,煎至焦黃

7快速鏟掉後趁熱倒入麵糊,晃勻後把多餘的倒回盆里(速度一定要快,趁鍋子熱的時候,不然就粘不上了)

8小火加熱至麵皮表面起泡即可出鍋,然後快速剷出,趁熱倒入麵糊煎下一張,一共需要五張皮
9如圖每張交錯疊起來,切掉多出來的邊

10草莓切丁,奶油加糖b打發至7分

小技巧
麵糊一定要在鍋子熱的時候倒進去才能掛住,如果掛不住則重複步驟6 同理可做圓形千層,只是需要用到慕斯圈修整 配方量可做三個卷,兩倍量可做一個6寸水果千層,三倍量可做一個6寸抹茶千層(20張皮)
