原料
裡脊肉: 150克, 鳳梨: 一小塊, 橙子: 1個, 火龍果: 半個, 干生粉及生粉水: 適量, 全蛋液: 1/3, 細紗糖: 一湯匙, 白醋: 半湯匙, 料酒: 半湯匙, 番茄醬: 5湯匙, 鹽: 1克
步驟
1裡脊肉切成長兩到三厘米寬一厘米左右的長條,放一克鹽抓勻,再放入半湯匙料酒,蛋液,抓勻腌製備用

2火龍果,鳳梨切塊,橙子大半個切塊留下一點切成薄片擺盤用

3添加干生粉拌勻

4鍋內放油,五六成熱時,逐條放入肉塊,炸至微黃撈出
