2牛奶倒入盆中,加入玉米澱粉白糖,攪拌均勻至沒有干顆粒,靜置一會~

3容器內刷上一層油備用(油味不重的都可以,容器形狀最好方形的)~

4將牛奶液倒入不粘鍋內~ 用鏟子不停的翻炒~ 一會就慢慢變濃稠~ 炒成順滑的麵糊狀~

5將牛奶麵糊倒入容器內,用勺子抹平表面,輕輕震一下,蓋上保鮮膜放冰箱冷藏3小時(凝固定型)~

6取出牛奶凍放在案板上,切成4厘米的長方塊~

7雞蛋打入碗內打散成蛋液~ 將牛奶塊先放入麵粉中沾一圈~ 再放到蛋液中滾一圈~ 最後放進麵包糠內均勻的裹一圈~

8鍋內倒適量油,待油溫熱放入牛奶塊~ 轉小火炸至,不時用筷子翻動炸的均勻~ 炸至兩面金黃色即可~ 撈出裝盤控油~
