千岛湖鲫鱼 , 豆腐, 猪肉, 葱, 花雕酒, 盐, 胡椒粉, 姜
步骤
1 先来识别一下千岛湖的特点:鲫鱼体侧扁而高,背部发暗,腹部色浅,体色多为黑色带金属光泽,肉质鲜美没有泥土味。把鲜活的鲫鱼开膛剖肚啊,清洗干净用厨房用纸擦干鱼身;

2 生姜切成姜丝,葱花切段,准备一点肉馅,里面放点盐,料酒就可以了;
