山楂: 500g, 白糖: 150g, 冰糖: 130g, 檸檬汁: 5g, 清水: 300g
步驟
1準備材料~

2山楂去核去籽洗凈裝盆~

3將山楂加入清水倒入不鏽鋼鍋內,擠入檸檬汁用鏟子不時推動,轉中火煮開煮至5分鐘,軟爛即可~

4煮好的山楂和湯水一同放入料理盒內,攪打成泥,打好的果泥還有些粗糙,過篩一遍~

5過篩後很細膩(過篩後做好的山楂糕特別細膩不光滑)~

6不鏽鋼鍋內倒入山楂糕轉小火~

11繼續熬制,翻動山楂糕有阻力,鏟子上的山楂糕不滴落,鍋內有明顯痕跡(反正就是很粘稠就對啦)~

12容器刷些色拉油,趁熱倒入山楂糕,表面用刮刀抹平些,晾涼即可(脫模用小刀在邊緣劃一圈)~
