小技巧
一定是後腿肉,不下水洗,摸上肉軟軟的粘粘的就是新鮮好肉,最好一大早去買肉,並且一定去掉那個淋巴結,每塊後腿肉上必定有一個,加冰水,切記!我用的1.2L的絞肉機,容量太小了,分了兩次絞,還是大點的絞肉機好用。
